About the company and our tasks
Incris sells of microfertilizers, plant protection products and seeds to local farmers. The thing is that there are more than 40,000 enterprises in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. So 30 different companies can call one farmer every day. Among them are many big and well-known agricultural corporations. In this highly competitive market, Incris really needed to have its own unique style that would help it stand out and become an effective sales tool for managers.
We started our work by analysing the peculiarities of the company's work, and we conducted a strategy session with the management and individual surveys of the company's employees. As a result, we discovered one important message:

When we started developing the Incris strategy, we saw that competing companies are far from the real problems of the farmer. They just sell. The strength of Incris managers is that they are like friends to the farmer, they really care about his problems. They know his problems well, so they offer him the most effective solutions.

He even put on a farmer's hat to think like him. The Increase logo monitors the harvest and helps the farmer to increase it. Because a good harvest means more profit and Increase is about growth.
So we decided to create a design that would immediately catch the eye of any farmer and show them that this company is not like others. People who want to help and who you can always call for advice work here. The company's new brand identity should show the farmer that Increase is always nearby and can quickly solve his problems.
Result
The new bright brand identity really grabbed the farmers' attention. They started contacting the company themselves. The number of calls increased 3 times only in the first month after the appearance of the new brand identity. The number of regular customers has doubled. The company expanded its sales market and entered 2 new regions. The company came back to us with the desire to make a corporate website and develop an advertising campaign.
