Problem
'Indychka' (Turkey) has been on the market since 2006. The meat was always tasty and high-quality — but the brand never quite came together. Over the years, the company changed its packaging, colors, and logos. It all looked nice — but felt unclear. Because design isn't a brand. It can please the eye, but leave the heart untouched. Our task was both simple and challenging: to find the brand's identity and create something people could trust. Like that local seller at the market who always saves you the best cut.
Not just selling meat — giving people what they're really looking for
People don't just want meat. They want something of their own. So we didn't start with a brief. We started with people. We went to stores, markets, social media. We didn't ask, 'Which logo do you like better?' We asked: Why do you buy this? Why here? Why this particular turkey? The answer was clear: because it's healthy, natural, and fresh — something good enough to feed their family. People were looking for something to trust, like a seller who gives good advice, or a brand that's been around, or simply a stamp 'farm-raised'. They bought what felt honest, healthy, and real. People weren't just looking for meat — they were looking for reassurance that they were buying something good for them. That's where our strategy took root.
'Svoya Indychka' — the healthiest choice for your own
The name was already there. And it was perfect: warm, sincere, Ukrainian — 'Svoya Indychka' (Your Own Turkey). Svoya means 'belonging', 'close', 'one of ours'. Not for a 'target demographic', but for the family. We created a logo shaped like a flower with heart-petals. The heart isn't just a symbol — it's a feeling, because this turkey is your own. Now our logo doesn't just stand out among other poultry brands — it speaks to a sense of care and connection.
